License key activation
After the license request has been reviewed and approved the key will be shared / send.

Create a License record in the Forms app and copy/paste the License Key – So you're all set.
The Odoo Form Builder / Forms App is powered by SurveyJS form libraries.
SurveyJS Creator requires a separate commercial license per developer if you intend to extend its features or modify it.
