What They Needed & Why They Chose Nova Forms
BDM Healthware was looking for a way that their customers could provide images inline with their Problem Description when submitting Support Tickets via the Odoo Portal.
We showed them a demo of the functionality in Nova Forms, along with a clear breakdown of which Nova Forms modules BDM Healthware needs to accomplish their goals.
Record Mappings link form fields to ticket fields. When the form is submitted, the ticket is created with the full Problem Description, images inline.
