How to export your forms

For your free Quick Scan we only need your form designs — never your response data. Here's how to get them from each platform.

The simplest option for any platform: send us the public link to each form (the link respondents use). It shows us the complete form design while your response data stays entirely in your account. If you prefer sending files, use the platform‑specific exports below.

Typeform

Typeform has no schema download in the interface, so either send us the public form links, or — if you're technical — retrieve the form definition as JSON via Typeform's Create API (each form's definition can be fetched with a personal access token). We can walk you through it in five minutes if needed.

Jotform

Send us the public form links, or export the form definition via the Jotform API. The link is usually the fastest route — Jotform's public forms expose the full design, including conditional logic behaviour, when we walk through them.

Google Forms

Open the form and copy the respondent link (Send → link icon). That's all we need — the preview shows every question, section and logic jump. No need to add us as a collaborator; that would expose your responses, which we deliberately don't want.

Microsoft Forms

Copy the respondent link of each form (Collect responses → link). That shows us the full design — questions, sections and branching. No schema download exists in the interface, and we don’t need one.

Formstack

Send us the public form links, or export the form definitions via the Formstack API if you're technical. The links are the fastest route and show us the full design, including logic.

Tally

Copy the public link of each form (Share → link) — that's all we need. Tally has no schema download in the interface, and the link exposes the complete design without any response data.

FormAssembly (Salesforce)

Send us the public form links, or export the form definitions via the FormAssembly API. If your forms are connected to CRM workflows, mention it in your request — the connector mappings are relevant for the migration plan.

Zoho Forms

Send us the public form links. If you’re migrating your whole suite from Zoho to Odoo, mention it — we’ll flag which form workflows map to which Odoo modules in the plan.

SurveyMonkey

Copy the public link of each survey or form — the preview shows the complete design and logic. No response data is visible through the link.

Gravity Forms / WPForms (WordPress)

Both can export form definitions as JSON from the WordPress admin (Gravity Forms: Forms → Import/Export; WPForms: Tools → Export). Send us the JSON files — the ideal format for our tooling. Public page links work too.

Wufoo

Send us the public form links. Wufoo has no design export in the interface, but the links give us everything we need for the scan.

formio.js

Export each form's JSON schema from your form builder — most builders (formio.js included) have a JSON view or export option in the builder interface. Copy the JSON into a file per form, or one file for all forms. This is the ideal format for us: our tooling reads it directly.

SurveyJS

In the Survey Creator, open the JSON editor tab and copy the survey definition. One file per form is perfect.

Paper or PDF forms

Scan or photograph them — a readable PDF or image per form is fine. Our AI tooling extracts the structure. Please don't send filled‑in forms; blank templates only, so no personal data changes hands.

Using something else?

No problem — send us a public link to each form, or any JSON/schema export your platform offers. If it renders a form, we can scan it.

One thing to tell us

Along with your exports, let us know what these forms connect to today — CRM, payment provider, e‑mail tools, spreadsheets, or anything else that receives submissions. Your form design shows us the fields; only you can tell us where the data goes afterwards, and that shapes the migration plan more than anything else.

Sensitive data & confidentiality

  • Whatever you send is used only to produce your scan, treated confidentially, and deleted after delivery unless you engage us further.
  • We never need — or want — your respondents' data at this stage.
  • Therefore, never send us respondent data; this is entirely your own responsibility and liability.
